This landlord moved from 100 Manhattanville Road, Suite # 14, Purchase, NY 10577.

Their new address is 31 South Street Suite # 1E, Mount Vernon, NY 10550.

They have made a YouTube page where they tout their success of connecting with their residential tenants which is sadly untrue. Their managing agent Yanna Sanchez helps them real well with their dirty work. She's seen in the video talking of their great sucess and communication with tenants. Mark Stagg as well is seen explaining

Many of their tenants are HPD, Section 8, HRA recipients. Nothing wrong with housing those clients but the unfair treatment some are put through is horrible, unfair and illegal. Tenants are constantly facing threats of or actual evictions throughtout their lease term, harassment from Management by receiving monthly Notice to Vacate Orders and Rent Bills with incorrect rent charges. Some tenants have received falsified tenant ledgers in Housing Court. 

The list goes on as to what this landlord under the operating managment company, Five Stars Management, LLC does to its tenants.

One major tip is to document everything and keeps copies of all your payments.
