Complaint Review: STAINSAFE

I purchased leather sofa and love seat at the and off the 2001 from Seamens furniture.And they offered me to buy extended warranty.which i bought for my bouth peaceses.Nov. 2005 my love seat star to tear.I called Stainsafe.After 3 months telephone calls they offered me $ 280.00 for my love seat(I paid $ 933.44)or I have to wait 6 to 12 months till they can found a store 60 mile radious where I live and they can issiued a store voucher.They said Seamens Furniture is bancrupt and Levitz Furniture take over but they break their contract with the Stainsafe.But I bought my extendet warranty from Stainsafe not from these furniture stores.And they want to replace only my love seat not my set if they can.If not they will pay me $280.00.When they sold me the warranty they explain to me fully replacement.If it is a set they will replace the set.Because I am not an American and new in this wonderfull country they think they can getaway.


Please If anybody knows any furniture store work with Stainsafe in Southt jersey near Atlantic City pls. send ripp off their name.At least I can have my store voucher.
