I have purchased an extra warranty for my sofa. First of all the sofa was overpriced, but then the store (Wickes) was putting pressure on you to purchase this protection so they can maintain your sofa so it will look new for a long time. They were supposed to take care of stains and even if the cushions were out of shape and flattened they would do something to make them look all new. With 3 children I thought this was wonderful, now that I want to use this service I cannot get a hold of them. I cannot get a hold of Wickes Furniture since they are out of business too. So I am stuck with a sofa no x-tra service and probably looking in replacing it in a couple of years.
