I called in to file a claim on a stained mattress that was purchased through Macy's. Had to call several times to get a technician to come out. Had to follow up numerous time to get an answer to the claim once the service tech did finally show.

The claim was refused because they maintain that "The stain was not called in as stated on warranty and therefore there are an accumulation of stains". In fact, I did call in the stain within an hour of it occuring. The technician maintains there were many other stains. These were minor, insignificant markings that in my opinion constituted normal wear and tear and that I opted NOT to make a claim over. I called in on one particular stain pursuant with the warranty and it has been ignored.

This is obvious consumer fraud. I am contacting consumer fraud agencies and contacting Macy's and Stainsafe who are acting in bad faith.
