Complaint Review: Stainsafe Inc. Evergreen Specialty

I have spent over six months trying to get Stainsafe to repair my furniture. It was only seven months old when I first reported the problem. They told me I had a "Full Replacement Authorization". When I went to pick out the replacement I was told I would only get about $400.00 credit toward the new furniture. I paid over $2000.00.
Now, No one will return my calls. I have left a total of 17 messages since May 2002. These people just ignore you and hope you go away. I'm taking them to court!
