Complaint Review: Stainsafe

Stainsafe Inc. rip-off! My sofa is still broken and my warranty is still on but they can't fix my furniture. Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

I bought funiture in Levitz and also bought an extended seven year warranty with Stainsafe.My sofa got damaged and i called Stainsafe. It took four weeks before a technician came to acces the damage. After checking it, he ordered new parts that took another three months to come.

I called them back and it took another three weeks before a technician came.He found that the previous technician had ordered wrong parts. He re-ordered new parts and told me to wait upto fourteen more weeks.I waited and waited to date, I have never seen the parts nor the technician. I finally decided to call Stainsafe again.

To my utter dismay, the lady I spoke to told me that as far as they are concerned,my sofa had been fixed and my file had been closed and that my case was too old besides, there is nothing they could do about it. I asked her about my warranty, but she said that their was nothing they could do about it.It takes them too long to respond to peoples claim.

It is my strong conviction that they try as much as they can to waste as much time as they can so as to run out peoples warrantys so as to save money. My sofa has been lying broken for the last two years whereas i have a seven year warranty on it.BBB can you please help me?
