I failed to read the fine print on my warranty with StainSafe and filed my claim honestly. It seems that if you dont know ( or dont declare) a specific date, cause, and notify them within 5 days of the mihap, they will deny your claim and all future claims if they are related to that same area or problem. I tried to correct my claim with as much specific information as possible and they would not honor that either.
