Filed a claim with Stainsafe 1st of June 2004 ...they send out a technician and he told them that the pieces could not be cleaned part were going to have to be replaced. Then we waited. I had to call several times and were told conflicting information time after time. Finally they ordered some parts which I assumed would replace all the damages. Well, finally in early December 2004 the parts came in. It was January 18th when the technician finally came out and to my dismay there was a damaged side panel of the chair there was no part for!

The technician called in for me and I was tranfered around. Finally was transfered to William - who turned out to be a rude, arrogant and useless consumer service person who could only say "CLAIM DENIED".

Explained that we were missing a part and he said that I should have realized that a part was not ordered and it was now too late the damage was more than five days old and the claim was denied. I explained that I am not a furniture repair person or in anyway educated in the furniture construction process - how would I know if the repair man ordered the correct parts. We went round and round. He refused to give me to a supervisor or give me his supervisors name. All he would do was say your claim is denied.

I was transfered to a adovate and was told to leave a message and from what I've read in some of the over 100 reports on this web site alone that is all I will ever get from them.
