Stainsafe ripoff business from hell Palm Beach Florida

A big factor in deciding to buy a leather couch was that I could purchase a protection plan that covered stains, rips, etc.

My fist call to STAINSAFE was 3/13/02. Tech came to my home, said couldn't be repaired. STAINSAFE sent letter saying a replacement part would be at my home in 8-12 weeks.

My second call was 6/6/02.
Third call 6/27/02.
Fourth call on 7/2/02.
At this time STAINSAFE said they needed a fax of my receipt. I was told I would be hearing from a service rep. within 72 hours.

Fifth call 8/28/02. At this time I was told by the service rep. to shut up and that I had no clue what I was talking about. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she hung up on me. I called back and recieved yet another form saying that I would be recieving the part in 8-12 weeks.

The last contact was on 11/6/02 when they called to say they needed a sample of the leather.
It is now 5/25/2003.
I guess I'll have to buy a slip cover.
