Complaint Review: Stainsafe

I had purchased a leather sofa and loveseat from Levitz in Garden City N.Y. on 12/10/04. Two years later we have sagging in the seat areas and some minor tears. We called for service and a repairman came to fix. He said he could take care of it right away but he had to call the office. When he got off the phone he was told not to fix at this time which he thought was strange. He left and then we recieved a letter from the company saying that the warrantee is voided because we did not report in allotted time. We paid for a 7 year warrantee.
