Complaint Review: Stainsafe

We like others signed up and paid for a warranty on a sectional at Be-seated leather, when we received the sectional one of the backs were incorrect and it was replaced. We contacted the Stainsafe Company after appr. 1.5 years and asked for there help as the leather appeared to be wearing off, we were sent forms which were filled out in full and faxed back to the Company as we only had 72 hours to respond or they would not repair? well you guest it we are still waiting, calls not answered etc.
