Complaint Review: Stainsafe Warranty

After a year of filing claims with this company. Countless phone calls to Seamans furniture and Berkline furniture my couch was repaird by a fellow who said "i've never done this type of work before." This is only after the previous fellow who showed up to do the work said "this is too big a job to do on a Friday, I have other clients."

Do yourself and you wallet a favor.........stay away from STAINSAFE. If you are lucky, someone will respond to your claim, after 2 or 3 phone calls. If it's a full moon, you may even get a service man to your house. If the job is done correctly, have a party!
