Stainsafe was paid $239 for a 7 year warranty, my Leather couch is peeling like burnt skin and I cannot contact this company to file a claim! Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
In the fall of 2007 I bought a 3 piece leather set from Wickes and paid an additional $239 for a 7 year leather care warranty. Wickes has closed all it's stores and I cannot contact the Stainsafe Company to file a claim for my couch which now looks like peeling burnt skin! Does anyone know of any recourse or had anyone else had this problem?
