Complaint Review: Stamford Motors

Bought a 1998 Windstar in Dec. 2000.
The vehicle has had problems which were supposed to be fixed before we picked it up. They were not. After numerous complaints they fixed some, but not all of the problems.

They dragged their feet and gave us the runaround in fixung what they did. After 2 months & having to leave the vehicle with the service department 6+ times we gave up trying to get them to fix the vehicle and now have our own mechanic trying to track down the remaining electrical problems (door ajar light remains on when doors are closed and accessory outlet on one side is dead) and repair an oil leak. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealer again.
