I applied for stamps.com service over a year ago. The program could not be downloaded so I emailed them to cancel my application.

They apparently had a glitch at that time and I couldn't reach them by ph. so I considered the situation as void.

I travel a lot and don't really look at small amounts on my bank account. This was a mistake! I trusted our system and that was a $200 + mistake. Now I see that they have been debiting my account every month since that time.

I emailed them to stop the account, and I was on hold for 45min. befor talking to their accounting dept. I asked them to stop my account. I had never used it, and they had noticed that too, but stated that it was not their buisness to cancel accounts that were not ever used. My email to cancel was not enough to stop them upon purchase, I also needed to verbally/phone ask them to cancel.
I have asked for a full refund, which they have denied, and now I see that they have taken another $15.95 for this month.

This is a total Rip-Off and they refuse to stop!

Anyone considering using this service had better be prepaired to get ripped off and enter a battle to end their losses.
