Stamps.com ripoff-Cannot get through to 800#- on hold multiple times over 15Mins-Emailed many times Los Angeles Internet

This company is terrible, I repeatly tried to call to cancel and cannot get through. After several times of very long hold times I gave up- WHY SHOULD I WASTE MY TIME!- I sent an email telling them to cancel and included my number so they could verify info, I also said any further charges were not authorized and would be considered fraudulent. They email back a canned email stating you must call- and they keep on charging your credit card.

I had to cancel my bank card, whatta pain to re-sign previous auto charges again, in order for them to stop charging me. They then send me emails saying I m overdue. I email back telling them that I canceled before and instructed them that any more charges would be fraud. They email back saying they will send to collections!!! You believe that- I havent used the d**n service in months, and canceled it months ago- and they are going to send me to collections!!


SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DONT USE THEM!
