Complaint Review: Stamps.com

I attempted to cancel a membership that was suppose to be free.When I attempted to cancel last month and was told it was cancelled. This month I received a visa statement with another charge for services of 15.99. When I called this month I was told it would be cancelled again. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I was told I had to talk to a supervisor which I stayed on hold for another 5 minutes at which time I did hung up. I attempted to contact the company on line at resolutions@stamps.com which I was unable to access. What kind of company is this. I will never use or give a credit card number over the internet again. Cancelling is a nightmare.
