s.Sci charged 15.99 on my account on 8/1/2007, called my bank on 8/11/2007 and was told it would be a recurring charge and to contact scistamps.con monday as they were closed weekends. i did not authorize these charges, did not buy merchandise from them. i did order a start up kit from them and was not interested in what they had to offer and thinking that was the end of that, forgot about it. this company goes by stamps.com but the billings are from sistamps.com.
