Stamps.com Stamps.com billed me during the 2nd day of free trial service Internet

I signed up for a 4 week no risk trail offer on 11/20/2008 for stamps.com. Friday, 11/21/2008 (one day later!) I noticed a charge on my credit card for $17.95 from stamps.com. I was clearly agitated and immediatley called the customer service telephone number several times, where I was hung up on repeatedley. I finally emailed them and explained that I want to cancel my account and get a refund of my money.

That amount of money may not seem like a lot, but I'm a student and it's a great deal to me. I can not afford to pay for a service that is scamming me. I want a record of this, that I attempted to cancel within 72 hours. If it comes to it, I will not hesitate to file a complaint with the Better Business Beaurau.
