I contacted them and they sent me a form to fill out and send it to them for a decision and I have not heard back from them. I ordered it from 4A4Life but it is the same company as Stand Flag Poles and they advertise on Facebook. Not sure how many names they are advertising under but their warranties vary from one site to another.
The flag pole bent in the wind and it was almost impossible to retract it and if I were to put two flags on it as I wanted to do, I am sure it would not hold up. I purchased it in June of 2018 and have not used it many days because of the wind.
It has been up some days when the wind came up unexpectedly but that is something I cannot control. Would just like to get my money back so I can purchae a better product.
