Standard Legal Pay Money; Product Not Available Cleveland Ohio
The company provides legal forms in the form of PDF files and/or WORD docs, which can be filled in. Though "softyware" is a strong word, I don't know what else they could call it, and I'm OK with that.
Very simply, I paid my money, they charged my Card, and now the forms are inaccessible. I tried accessing them through another Browser. No luck.
Why couldn't they just email them?
They seem to now want me to register. I have enough passwords and ID's swimming around my head. I don't need another. If they require registration, they should have made that clear before taking my money.
I need those forms now. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.
My patience with clown companies like this is wearing thin.

Accessing downloadable software from Standard Legal is usually pretty simple.
At the end of every purchase, a link to download each software title ordered is presented on the order confirmation page.
An email is also sent with a link to access the download from that email.
Plus the user can also send an email support@standardlegal.com to request a new download link -- and we can even attach the download in the email reply if your mailserver can handle large .zip files.
