Complaint Review: Standard Trans Services LLC / A.C.S Trucking LLC / Andrew Sundbakken Melissa Sundbakken Melissa Dawn Garcia

A.C.S. Trucking LLC and Standard Trans Services LLC are basically one of the same.  The two owners are married.  Andres Cesar Sundbakken and Melissa Dawn Garcia are the owners and are scamming legitimate Brokerage and Trucking Companies our of thousands of dollars.  Standard Trans Services LLC is taking loads from brokers and then giving the info to A.C.S. Trucking LLC (which this business is not even open or allowed to do business) and then giving the loads to legitimate trucking companies.  

They collect the BOL's from the companies that they gave the loads to to haul, Alter the BOL by crossing out the carrier name and putting their name on it.  Sending the paperwork to the broker and collecting the money by wire transfer to their account.  They keep the money and don't pay the trucking company that hauled the load.  I hope the Feds catch up to these people and they sit a long time in jail, they scammed us out of over $15,000.  As far as I know there may be up to 75 more companies they have done this to.  They are continuing to do this and I have heard they started another company and are continuing the same scam.
