Complaint Review: Stanley Gorman BLD

Stanley Gorman, doing business as BLD, Inc. In Woodbridge, was contractually obligated to perform remodeling of my Kitchen and Bathroom. He failed to fullfill his obligations in totality.

We were forced to finish both projects ourselves, at a cost of over 10,000 additional. We paid this man for the cabinets and he spent the money on something else, not the cabinets, as we had to buy them ourselves again. The workmanship in the bathroom was so poor that I had to perform multiple repairs myself. The drywall in the kitchen and the bathroom looked like my four year old daughter did the finish work, When his crew of estemmed co workers were in between meetings with their parole officers painted our place they failed to match the colors and it looks like a patchwork quilt.

But the amazing thing is that when this crook would always demand payment. We obviously did not pay the entire amount.

All attempts to contact this man have failed, he will not respond to any email, phone calls etc.

The funny thing is that this man is also a minister at his own church in Woodbridge, called Church Alive. I know this because the phone that is listed in his business contact will read out on caller ID as such. So odd, don't you think.
