Complaint Review: Stanly warranty

Stanly warranty stanly home warranty I paid full amount upfront for home warranty,and kept denying service.and it took one month to respond for a/c repair and even hat they declined the service,one month kept calling no one answer the phone,and not even return the messag,all the time phone is recording,no response looking for excuses to turn down the service,very rude people its a big Fraud company,ripping off American public,i wish so Govt agencies investigate for this big Fraud and protect US public,I learned good lesson,pl dont trust this biggest Fraud Home warranty company,they are are Corrupt and Thugs. New Jersy Nationwide

I purchased home Warranty from this Big Fraud Company called Stanly Home warranty,they promissed a lot of good things at the time of new account and i trusted them as an American company will offer me a good service but it shattered my hopes when i called first time for Fridge service they declined,it took few weeks to respond....still turned down the service...second time we called for A/C service it took one month to the respond and schedule the servive and then again declined to fix the problem,using many excuses.....its was very dis appointed,they ,they will not answer phone no customer service,no claims no any other will even return your phone calls.....only sales dept will pick phone to trap new customers in the Fraud net.Also when we told them we will report to local and state govt about your Fraud activities they Harrass you that they have legal team to protect

them.Please dont by any warranty any service from them,its a biggest Fraud Company of the History..
