STAPLES business depot, bait and switch on non-existent product whaat a rip off
We have some at our Calgary warehouse but we can't ship it to you (Ontario)? I thought I heard it all, but this takes the cake. Two weeks ago I ordered this scanner from Staples.
http://www.staples.ca/products/catalog/skuset.asp?SuperCategoryId=3&skusetid=10304 .After many promises of delivery (supposed to be one day)they finally tell me they don't have any for my area. When asked why the item still shows up on their web order page I am told, we have some in our Calgary warehouse but it's imposible to ship it to you because you are serviced from another warehouse. Then, I'm offered special "deals" on their more expensive scanners which still amount to twice what I wanted to spend. It's crap like this that will kill internet shopping...oh well back to ebay I guess.
