I purched online all the items needed for the "Improve your handheld experience:
Dataziz Docs to Go 4.0
Palm M100
Palm Case

I submitted all rebate info and signed up online at the Staples rebate center.

This promotion was 10/25/01-10/27/01.

I just got a postcard in the mail today 1/19/02 and rebate is not going to be given to me. The rebate is for $155. I was missing a UPC symbol they say. I have only until 2/4/02 to provide it.

I then go to the online Staple rebate center and there is more info that the UPC symbol for the Palmglove case is not black.

I ordered the item number listed in the add SKU# 433133.

The items are the same SKU number and same price.

Why did the staples add not state the needed color?
Why did the online order not warn me?
Why did they not email me sooner of the problem?
Why do 2 items have the same SKU number?

I guess they hope you will not get the rebate.
I do not think I can still return the items but I will try.
