Staples "Peace of Mind" warranty far from that, rip-off

I purchased a 2 year warranty contract with Staples for a Toshiba Laptop in 2000. The warranty states\"Peace of Mind\" coverage from date of purchase. I am now going on 1 month without a laptop because I am still waiting on my replacement cord.

I have made more then 20 phone calls since October and talk to a different person every time stating that I should hear from them within 48 hours. I have never heard from them except for when I called them back to find out the information on my claim. This has been a nightmare!

The warranty cost me $80.00 and I feel I have been scammed. This coverage is far from Peace of Mind\" covereage. It is a \"Peace of Crap\" coverage. Damage Resulting = I am a CIS student which requires me to use my Laptop for my studies.

I have now been without my Laptop for over a month. I feel very sad, mad, discouraged, and have a loss of money($80.00) of which is alot for a student like myself. Staples has done nothing to resolve this issue. All they do is give me a phone number to call.

I have spent many hours trying to resolve this issue with no success. I am still without a laptop, lost money for a coverage of which I beleived would take care of my needs, and have been through much aggravation for a month.
