I bought a Xerox c 2525 printer from staples and cost me 1999.00 and the sales person push for the warranty ( contract # c89417086) I did buy the warranty and 14 months later the printer fail and I called staples they create an incident # 11048084 and ask me to call NATIOAL IT CENTRAL located on 4617 vine st Cincinnati h*o 45217 I did call them and they said that they will call me back shortly and wait till next day and no one call I called again was only voice mail I left message and no one call back I call more than 5 times and I got upset and I called staples they call national it and finally after two weeks they sent a tech who came with a can of air and used my tools to open the printer from behind. And said that his work order was to reset the memory and that's it he did and the printer did not work. And then he left and promise to return the next day because he need to download the service manual the next day he returned and was not able to fix it he left and promise me to return the next day but next day he said that he won't be able fix it because he never worked on this kind of printer.

I started to call again to national it and staples after several hours over the phone and finally they promise me to send a tech next day first time in the morning. And national it said that he will overnight the main board for the printer. Next day no one show up and the main board never arrived. I called them by 10:00 am to ask and they said that they will replace the printer with refurbish unit but they did not mention that the refurbish unit will be with only 90 days warranty and the cancelled my warranty from staples. And when I called staples they said that nothing they can do.
At this point I won't buy anything from staples at all
