Staples promised a rebate on two products. Turbo Tax Home and business and Turbo Tax State. I purchased both products and completed the proper steps to recieve my rebates.

After approximately one month I contacted Intuit@parago.com with my tracking numbers. It's been 3 months now and they continue to tell me that while they appreciate my participation in this promotion, their checks have cleared and I'm basically out of luck. I have not received either rebate and feel cheated out of $49.95.

Staples also setup a program for teachers. For every $100.00 you spend, they will send you a $10 gift card. I have spent over $500.00 in Staples and have not received one $10 gift card. Don't go to Staple for your business needs, They are only in the business of ripping you off. Shame on you Staples.

Rebates and Teacher Rewards

1) These rebates were not through Staples, but managed through Intuit.

2) You would be wise to check the back of your Teacher Rewards card and call the number regarding your membership - 1-800-793-3320. Plus it will take a short time to process a membership, however all purchases made under that number will accumulate. Staples has many happy Rewards members.
