Complaint Review: Staples

 I ordered cinch sack in lime green July 2013 from store in centerville oh almost one year later I finally received it in the wrong color. Staples offered me no satisfaction. I received it in red a gang color which no one wants and is dangerous to use. See picture is of lime green but some how clerk changed color, this was not a reorder but fulfillment of original order from July 2013. So upset. It was supposed to. Take two weeks not one year to receive the wrong thing. When I didn't receive the items I had to return to store to correct it and that took months to do.
