After purchasing a 2002 BMW 525i from Roza Ognenovic, I am extremely disappointed, I know it's a used car but c'mon. Here is a list of things she would have seen if she drove the car like I asked.
1) The drivers door does not open. Really? You couldn't get that repaired so I don't have to jump in and out over the gear shift.
2) The engine is smoking, and fills the car up with smoke. (Valve cover gasket)
3) The hood latch is broken. There's no way to open the hood, there's just a wire sticking out and I can't pull it hard enough to open the hood. (Took my mechanic 3 hours)
4) The AC is not working. I specifically asked her more than once to get in and make sure the AC is blowing COLD, obviously she did not.
5) Car is covered in oil from the hood all the way up the windshield.. I'm sure this was done during transit, driver should be aware when delivering a car this should not happen or should have been cleaned prior to him calling me to pick it up.
6) Tire changing tools. All the tools are missing from the trunk area.
7) Cup holders are both broken, along with several other items like the air conditioning grates, ash tray etc. I expected this sort of thing but it would have been nice if you would have disclosed it.
8) Radio display is broken, the numbers are all scrambled, no mention.
9) Passenger seat is stuck in the "leaned all the way back position" will not come up so my passengers will be laying down all the time.
I took the car to my mechanic who will give me a better deal than the BMW dealership but she should take responsibility for the things not mentioned and should have fixed prior to selling this vehicle. There is no way she should have let this car leave the lot without the door and hood opening, minimum. She said the AC is blowing COLD. I stated to you over and over I do not have any extra money to pay for the major things that need to be done immediately. The other cosmetic items I can live with, I know the car is 10 years old..
This is the AutoTrader Ad: The vehicle was advertised with 159,132 miles when it actually has 173, 816. Does not have tinted windows. And Everything does NOT work!

It seems we have yet another person who bought a car sight unseen, who did not even test drive the car herself before she bought it.  She asked the seller to drive it for her.

The Author of this document is a fool, who deserved EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING that happened to her.    If you had test driven the car first, and had it checked out for yourself there would have been no problems because you would have walked away  from this peice of krap .

But you asked for this to happen, so you really were not ripped off.
