I was called by a Star Communications representative and told that my phone number was selected by CRN Walmart to recieve a Free $500 shopping spree. She explained that all i had to pay was a $4.95 s/h charge to recieve the package.

She went on to tell me that she needed my account #. Now I have done check by phone before so I didn't think anything of it. Before I gave her the #'s she confirmed many times that all that would come out of the account was $4.95. So i gave in and gave her my account #. After that i was transfered to a supervisor that told me that i would be put on a recording to confirm my acceptance of the $4.95 to be debited from my account.

As the recording goes on it continuously adds on to the package. I didn't agree to nay of the other packages so the supervisor raised her voice at me to say how can you pass up such a good deal. $4.95 is not much to pay to get $ 500 dollars in return for a free trial. And like a FOOL i accepeted after making sure I heard her say only one $.95 debit is what we agreed on.

After 7 days i called to tell them tah i haden't recieved anything. They told me that there was a problem in the shipping and that he fixed the problem and another package would be sent.

I constant ly called only to be told it has been sent wait. If it dosen't come by friday give us a call back. I did this for week with the sam result. Finally 11-29-05 I told him no thank you and to cancel all the memberships because I didn't like there customer service. He in return told me well i will cancel them but we already have your account info and hung up on me.

Later that day I found out my account was in overdraft. They took 129.90 and 149.90 from my account. I have two children and a recieve stat assistance i can't afford this.

I called to ask why she told me the trial lapsed. I told her that I canceled before i even recieved the package and she told me that i can scream till i broke glass and i still woudn't get my money back. I have so many complaints about them there isn't enough space to keep going.
