I paid $4.95 to look over the Family Fun Pass Package which was suppose to enclude over $200 free shopping. After reveiwing the package, I decided I would not benefit from and called the enclosed number to cancel on July 18, 2005. I was provided the cancellation number #24432.

I was informed I would obtain a full refund of $129.90 which had been withdrawn from my bank account on July 15, 2005. I was told I was going to receive a form in the mail to request a refund. The form basically said I was requesting a refund and that I was not going to try any another way to obtain my refund to prevent double payment. I signed and returned the form to the designated address and waited.

End of September I called the company back to inquire into the status of my refund. I was told the refund had been issued the beginning of September and I should be expecting the check in the mail.

By January 9, 2006, I had not received the refund and I was able to talk to someone from Star Commications. I was advised to submit another request in writing, which I promptly wrote and mailed out. As of today, March 21, 2006, I have not received my refund of 129.90. I have also been unable to get a hold of any one at Star Communications, as the number I have no longer works and I can not find any other phone numbers to contact their customer care representative, whom they state not to hesitate to call.
