Star Communications Ripoff Offered $500 gift card for $4.95. but charged $130 instead and did not send anything. CANOGA Park California
I was asked for my account number and routing number for one of the promotional offers from Star Communications. They were offering $500 Gift card while I was supposed to pay only $4.95 for the processing. I had agreed for that. But They have deducted $4.95 twice from my account and then they have also deducted $119.90 from my account without my authorization.
