Star Communications ripoff They offered me a shopping spree of $500 which would only cost me $4.95 but according to my bank statement they charged me $4.95 twice and $129.95. I never received my shopping coupons as they had stated. So I had to close my account so that they wouldn't continue drafting my account. Canoga Park California
Please be aware of Star Communication if they call you about free shopping certificates. They need to be thrown in jail for ripping innocent people off.
