Mentioned he was a blind man who offers his services to people in providing clients with leads for their businesses.  He charges anywhere from $400-$800 and states he will deliver leads.

He provides contact numbers, he answers his phone and continues to promise the delivery of leads..I sent numerous emails...no avail.  He does reply with false promises and doesn't deliver.

Christopher Taylor of Star Federal contacted me and we went back and fourth for over a month. All the while he promised leads. When I finally paid I NEVER heard from Star Federal again!

I emailed to ask for leads and to ask what is going on about 6 weeks after paying for the leads service. He said that it takes a while to get a campaign running. It is now 14 WEEKS LATER and I have not even heard a word out of Star Federal.

I will be contacting the Real Estate Commission of Virginia to file an official complaint. Making false promises to set up a campaign for leads, collecting money, and then never delivering is absolutely not okay.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT CONTRACT WITH STAR FEDERAL.

I strongly disagree and find it hard to believe that anyone would be receiving any type of valued service.  I spoke directly with Mr. Soltani on many occasions and he has yet to deliver any type of service or leads.  It's ashame that one would use a disability of being blind as a ploy to deceive people.  I paid for a service that I never received.  I have proof of countless emails.

I hope no one else gets scammed like this.  This is the only reason I am reporting at this time.  I will be filing in small claims court as well.

Sorry to read about your situation. We have been working with them for about 8 months and have been very happy with the quality of the leads. They also schedule appointments.  I really like that they send us buyers that have been preapproved.

They have been around for quite a while and  they seem to be quite responsive to phone calls and emails.  You may want to contact your account manager. Try calling them directly.  They seem to be quite responsive.

I was trying to find a contact phone number and came across this message. I hope this does not reduce how many leads they send me.  Did you follow up on all the leads they sent on time? I believe they also monitor reviews and the status of your license.
