I purchase a 2000 ford mustang at a local dealer, but it had some minor defects my warranty could cover. So i took it to Star Ford to get something fixed, only to find out a week later nothing was done, the problems arose incessantly. I believer I visited Star Ford over 7 times just to get one repair fixed because of their lack of knowledge and dishonesty. Finally, I started to notice squeaks and the car being a bit wobbly.

So, I did what any normal person would do, get it fixed. But, the service representatives repeatedly told me it was something else. I called them on the phone and went to their business and still they said it was nothing. In several of my invoices, its clearly noted that I noticed symptoms that could've been easily solved if it weren't for their belligerent rebuttals saying that it was nothing.

Then one dark night, as I was headed towards the freeway, my car went bezerk and almost crashed. My rear wheel, the same wheel I've been pointing out to Star Ford came off. That endangered my life as well as near pedestrians in my vicinity.

Sadly, that was the night I had a big test so I can ace my math class. But, it had to be aborted, because I was a bit traumatized and the towing service came near midnight. Moreover, I caught a severe cold, I had no car to go to school.

Simply put, one problem led to another, and without a shadow of a doubt in my mind I knew the culprit was Star Ford in Glendale.

They are denying that they have any fault in this, even though I have invoices stating the symptoms. They said the place where I bought the car forgot to torque the wheels, but that was almost 6 months ago, wheel would've fallen off a month thereafter. They said they did their part, even though I repeatedly asked them to give the car a full body point inspection.

And even though they are required to give every car a QUALITY CARE CHECK before all cars leave. Mine was forgotten. This incident nearly killed me. Do I need to die for a lawyer to take this case? No attorney will take my case because it requires them to hire automobile engineers which in turn, will charge me thousands of dollars for their services. I am a poor college student trying to make end's meet please if u can help me PLEASE DO SO...this is a valid case, I just don't have money to pursue it. 5/7/3

If you knew which wheel was giving you problems
"My rear wheel, the same wheel I've been pointing out to Star Ford came off"
why didn't you check it yourself?
why didn't you take it to some other garage?
Could it have been that someone loosened the wheel after being in the garage?
Maybe no attorney will take the case because you don't have a case??.
At least you were not injured, good luck in school.
