Complaint Review: Star Lane Auto Storage LLC

These dirtbags are into a shakedown of illegal towing and predatory towing, then hiding your car from you  here to extort money from you once its discovered. Research their credentials thoroughly and properly like I did. I found out they have a pending auto dealers liscense with the city of Houston and a collision shop they are affilliated with and you can't find a working phone number to contact it with even though it deals aith the public. It sounds like a criminal front to me in the opinion of various investigators and myself. These dummies also refused to surrender proper credentials they are required to show upon my demand, damaged my car in their possession, made it difficult to regain possession of it. They hide behind a loophole in the law. Take them to tow court. Talk to Pat at Texas towing compliance and visit his site like me to help the working man guard himself against scoundrels as these. Also report it to the state and local police and never assume the info. Theg are supplying to be true, since mine was doctored up with fake times and mumbers on the receipts I have. Did I mention I got their certified letter they are supose to send after 24 hours today 8 days later.
