Complaint Review: Star management

 Who would of thought mobile home park manager could sink so low. First on Feb 03 I awoke to dog barking went outside to find two gentleman who identify themselves as working for star management, they proceed to tell me that they are excavating my driveway and to find a wire. Well no permits no nothing I had to call police to get them to agree to send proper notice. I then was sent a letter threatening mandatory or I can be evicted. I had driveway installed it became mine so I notify them I'm selling home they spray painted ground and shutoff power without even a knock. So they come back and do it against my will and that was right after they sent a notice but to alter yard. So they left my driveway unusable for over a month. Wouldn't fix anything and to top it off it was raining and they used wiring meant for indoors with no proper conduit no concrete is cracking and developing ridge and it's got a manhole cover right at the base of stairs who does that. Numerous calls and refusal to give owner info not to mention sending a notice about yard when I was told not to touch it and the threats of fines and they'll come back everyday. Terrible plus they denied my buyer an application he's a broker and they told him they would accept April first he should come to meeting, he did and they sent him away I never got notified.
