This company ordered content from me and promised to pay the Friday before Christmas. They cut and run on their bill, blocked my efforts to contact them, unfriended me on Skype and refused to answer my messages and emails. I have a feeling this company goes on elance, finds small companies and individuals to provide content, orders the content and then disappears as soon as they get it. If you are considering ordering content from them, think about where that content comes from. It's a violation of copywrite laws to publish stolen content and you can be held liable for publishing stolen goods. It's no different than being in possession of tangible goods that are stolen.
