Complaint Review: star point resorts---geoholiday

 started back In Aug 2014 to give my timeshare back to Starpoint Resorts,I have the Jocky Club and I gave Tricia Deschamps of Tricom Management over 200.00 to do a tile scearch .,she said it showed i owed money but i didnt,so that was money down the drain,so i called Joe at statpoints resorts,and he said my deed wasnt filed,and i had payed off the timeshare years ago,he said a Julie would help me,so called and called her,she never called back and went on for a month,then she called and told my husband everything was done,dont worry so i didnt and trusted she was telling the truth.Well she lied because i recieved a matantance fee for the timeshare,she hadnt done anything,just lied and said they took it back ,not to worry I dont use my timeshare the Jocky Club and cant afford the maint fees.they finally sent me paper work for a trade--transfer in Dec 2014 and Latosha at member services for starpoint told me they were going to pay for my maint fees since its taking so long ,but they lied about that,because they never did pay the maint fees and now i have late fees on top of it.Latosha in member servces gave me her personal phone number,but wont talk to me and just hangs up,and they say be patient,its been 7 months and I have maint fee again,which they said they were going to pay,and didnt.I talked to Julie on the phone,Latoshas superviser,the person who was suppose to help me in Aug and she acted like she had never helped me,that i was making everything up,just be patient--do you want to do it yourself!!!!! i cant do it myself,i have called every where and have done everything i can do,they are crooks and dont buy any thimeshare ever-----its hard to just give away like im trying too and i payed over 8,0000.
