Complaint Review: Star Rebates Inc.

STAR REBATES IS A RIP OFF!  I signed up for this program after listening to a timeshare speal.  They get you there by offering air fare and this $300 Walmart gift card.  After getting the paperwork for the gift card you find out you have to spend $100 a month for 15 months and they will send you a $20 dollar gift card.  I started this in July of 2011 and have recieved $60 dollars to date.  Everytime I e-mail them I get the same response, due to the overwhelming response they are behind.  Yes they are behind, BEHIND THE DONKEY!.  I got one rebate and then nothing.  After e-mailing them several times with the same response back from them I filed a complaint with the BBB.  I got a call from a supervisor and they got me 3 more rebates.  Since then, it is the same old thing, I e-mail them and they send the same response.  I also tried calling but got no where.  I will send an e-mail to Amy Clancey with the consumer rights advocate at aclancy@kirotv.com  she is exposing these companies.  Also with the Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/fileacoplaint.aspx  I am also sending a complaint to Walmart to let them know the kind of company they are associating with. There is several complaints under organized crime on this site against star rebates and they are up for a law suit!  We all need to ban together.  As I stated to Star Rebates in my e-mails.  I did my part now you do yours.
