Complaint Review: Star Rebates Inc

I am also owed money by Star Rebates Inc.  $80.00 to be exact!   The first months rebate was sent to me with no problems but have not gotten one since.   I still have January 2011 "Pending"  as well as 3 months following that.   I have sent 4 e-mails to the help line and got the same canned response.  

I tried to call the corporate offices but always have gotten a recorded message say that "they are helping other customers and will return my call as soon as possible".   I have yet to hear from them!   I am all for a class action law suit or whatever else it may take.
