I have had a problems with Star Rebates since October 2010. For the first four months after sending them a total of $25.00 for gas and grocery registration. They sent me four visa gift cards for each catagory. Beyond that I have not received anything, I would email them every month about the previous month, only to receive a reply that they had become so popular that it had thrown them behind. I called their customer service only to get a recording about the hours of operation and to leave my serial numbers and phone number so someone would get back with me. I called during the hours of operation more than 20 times, just to get the same message. At least I have received my $25.00 back. I was told to keep sending my receipts in every month and I have to no avail. They promised to give me $1200.00 worth of visa gift cards and I only received $160.00. My question is what about the balance of $1040.00 promised. This is a breach of contract, which makes it a legal matter. If it was the other way around, I know I would have received a summons to be sued. If anyone feels the same as I do, Ripped off we should consider a class action law suit against the company. If for no other reason than the principle!!!!!!
