Complaint Review: star rebates

Star rebates is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. This company promises rebates but they do not deliver. It is a year program that we signed up for through ADT and we have not received a rebate since Dec. 2010 (after receiving only 3 months of rebates - like so many other customers).  They will not return phone calls, emails, or letters.

I agree with so many of the other consumers - a class action lawsuit would be the best way to go. If there are any attorneys that would want to take on a lawsuit against Star Rebates, I think it would be a huge class action lawsuit. If anyone wants to try to reach them - call Jonathon at Star Rebates at 604-677-0619.  I think we should bombard them with phone calls until they give us an answer and make good on their contractual promises.
