Complaint Review: Star Stable

 Last year, my daughter spent her entire birthday savings to upgrade her star stable horseback riding game. The 80$ was sapose to make her a lifetime member, giving her enough coins to buy a new horse as soon as she upgraded and so many per week every week for the lifetime of the game. A month later, our computer died and we didn't have the money to replace it. So, Christmas time, I bought her another computer JUST to play her game on. When she logged in, she was back at the regular membership, and no coins had accumulated either. The website was contacted that day, and has yet to be resolved as of 2/22/2017. All info requested by them was provided and I have all emails.
