I ordered an infant Princess Leia costume for my daughter's first Halloween. According to the site I was supposed to receive it on 10/20 and started calling them a few days prior just to make sure everything was in order. They never answer the phone or returned any of my messages so I tried e-mailing them.
One of my e-mails was returned with a generic response just stating what my order number was even though I had referred to it in my original e-mail inquiry??! I have contacted my credit card company to cancel the order and now I had to go shopping for a last minute costume and didn't get my first choice.
Do NOT buy from these heartless people who are running some kind of scam. Their websites boast hundreds of in stock costumes but they probably don't have any of them!
