My husband and I have been robbed by Starbizz!!
We also fell into the wicked trap they set for us in June. We gave them $685 for pictures, which was the worst mistake we could have made. About a month later I took my daughter in for her "professional" pictures, which were in the corner of some girls' office, not at all the studio I was told about. About 6 weeks later they called to tell me the photos did not turn out and we have to reschedule the shoot. I find it hard to believe it takes 6 weeks to figure that out. They could get me back in there will her on Sept. 22nd. This all started on June 17th!!


So, I went back in on Sept. 22nd. Again, took me into the office and started by taking the "professional" photos for the catalog while she was wearing the clothes I dressed her in!!

Finally, today we got the disc of professional photos. We have been shown what photo will be printed in the catalog.

Now they have made me furious, they are putting her photo in a sales catalog selling children's clothes but she is wearing the shirt she wore there!!

WHAT A SCAM! I plan to contact everyone who will listen to get these people to stop being able to continue their practices.

It appears I have stated some incorrect information that I feel I must address.
I had posted here that the pictures used were of my child in clothes I had dressed her in and they were to be used in a catalog. I am apparently wrong. They are not using that photo, but one which they took of her in the catalog company's clothing. I would like to apologize for providing incorrect information.
After working with Bruce on our concerns, he is willing to make things right for us and to satisfy our requests. Going forward, I no longer plan to speak of this company.
