Starbridge Insurance ripoff Phoenix Arizona
This company is such a ripoff, I have heen doing some background on this company and find that it goes by so many different names from Cigna to Starbridge, Star Hrg, beech street, coalition america, Mega life. But the two that I have really looked up info on Cigna which paid out 11 mil because of the same situations we all are going thru. And Starbridge which has several complaints listed with the BBB in AZ. The issue I had was the same with you all. I have been trying to get claims for dr bills paid since Aril 2006 and it is now September still no claims paid and no reimbursement for my prescriptions since April.
Everytime I call them the come up with new excuses on needing more paperwork or it is in processing until finally I called last week and asked them for a dept that governs them and and they give me the fax number to the legal dept. I sent the main company another email on top of letters and still no response. Now I plan on contacting the insurance board or an attorney to take it from here. On top of all of this I was supposed to have knee surgery and all the hospitals around hear DO NOT even take this insurance. People, if you have to get insurance DO NOT get this one. You would be better off putting it into a seperate account. Please contact me if anyone else is planning on finding an attorney. The people are a complete rip-off and I plan on making sure everyone I know does know about it. If enough people drop them from their policy they will have to change their ways. Dont let them bully you into an excuse.

I had this insurance from sept 08 up till yesterday 08/19/2009 i had to fight with them to cancel it. everytime i called them and asked them to cancel it they would tell me i am not allowed to ever cancel my plan. i want to my work and with my manager we sent in the form to do this 2 different times and it took them forever to still cancel the benefits. i waited about 2weeks and called them up to see it it was canceled and they told me nope i asked them didn't you not get the form i sent in they said nope. so i sent them e-mails telling them to cancel my benefit and they sent me e-mails say no your not allowed to this e-mail fight went on for a week. so i got a little nasty with with in my e-mails and called them some names as we all have i sent them 3 nasty e-mails and then i got my paper work in the mail yesterday telling me my benefits were all canceled if anyone out is thinking of getting this i would not they will not pay for anything you get done and its hell to get rid of please pass on this info and tell everyone you know not to use STARBRIDGE HEALTH PLAN OR CIGNA they are the worse company on earth ever
