Complaint Review: Starbucks Aliso Viejo Parkway Esther ParkCelso Gonzalez Brad Nielsen

 Esther Park, new and in my opinion poorly trained Mgr of Starbucks Aliso Viejo Parkway.,signed the fraudulant expulsion form alleging complaints of "unwelcoming behavior"by me...when she was not witness to any alleged behavior. From my observation Esther Park repeatedly displayed & showed me poor mgmt skills and a chaotic store atmosohere, again in my opinion. Celso Gonzalez (Dist Mgr) & Brad Nielsen (Regional Mgr), both of Starbucks Aliso Viejo Parkway, BOTH fail to call complainant(myself) to resolve matter. I was permanently expelled from ALL STARBUCKS STORES, chain wide, for calmly and matter of factly complaining to short heavy set employee w crooked glasses when he and other tall lanky

employee threw away ALL REMAINING coffee products before closing time. I simply asked for a refill I was entitled to and told short frumpy emoloyee with greasy hair and crooked glasses, that he and taller brown greasy haired employee violated Starbuck rules of closing early, and violated policy by throwing away ALL ICED COFFEE. This way they could guarantee leaving as early as possible for their unimaginable "exciting lives", being facetious if you saw them. I was expelled the next day. I witnessed store personelle on night of question at Starbucks Aliso Viejo Parkway permit non employee people into the store AFTER closing hours, with all store lights out. I have already found a better coffee chain

with in my opnion has better trained employees, better Mgmt than I witnessed from Starbucks Aliso Viejo Parkway mgr., Esther Park,(Asian decent-for ID purposes-, short and thick in stature). I would NEVER recommend ANYONE go to Starbucks or Starbucks Also Viejo Parkway due to my horrible treatment. As mentioned regarding friends entering after hours, I also witnessed several obese friends of various emloyees when closing shift, giving said friends large bags of Starbucks Aliso Viejo Parkway food to take from store, after hours and without paying. Esther Parks(Mgr of Asian decent, short snd thick/sticky), along with district and regional managers appear to have lost complete control of the store

employees and customer service, they being Celso Gonzalez and Brad Nielsen. Customers are regularily backed around the store, drinks are made wrong(per heard complaints of waiting customers), I personally have witnessed insects which appearred to be cockroaches on walls near drink syrups and have seen flying insects inside food coolers. These Are simly my observations. The condiment stand appears to be constantly covered with spills and is under stocked. I have seen insects in that area as well, I Always reported to supposed mgmt but rarely was anything done. Dine or drink their products at your own risk. In summation, the day after I complaned about ALL PRODUCT BEING THROWN AWAY BY

CLOSING EMPLOYEES before closing hours had passef, Esther Park had sherriffs hand deliver to me the expulsion containing fraudulant accusations and warning of trespassing. I Was an 8+ year gold card member without a blemish on my account. To be now expelled from chain and basically world wide stores, goes against type, furthering the fraud. I now never an to bring my grand-daughter in for a treat, all of this fraud for exercising my right of free speech(the complaint failed to say I ever raised my voice or became angry. The comlaint form was further fraudulant, signed by the absent Esther Park, making her complicit to the fraud, the form said I bothered other customers?? The store was closing,

I was the ONLY customer!) The message: Complain of poor treatment at Starbucks Aliso Viejo Parkway, you too could be banned chain wide with a fraudulant report by said absent short thick Esther Park! As well, do not expect follow up or resolution from district and regional managers Celso Gonzalez or Brad Nielsen. Both negligent in the corporate promise they would follow up with me. Tell your friends that if they dare comlain to the sub par Starbucks Aliso Viejo Parkway that they too could receive a lifetime FRAUDULENT ban.
